Youth Coaches Training for future development This full week coaching program c/o "AC Milan Settore Giovanile" was created and customized for coaches who want to transmit their knowledge to the Youth football players. AC Milan Youth players Strategy: The week is based on the deepest analysis of the youth training strategy applied by AC Milan. According to AC Milan program, we will verify that each age has an specific coaching program with the ball, based on the psychomotricity for small players and approach to the concept of individual and collective tactic for Under 18. AC Milan work hard with youth categories and their goal is to use two or three players from their youth category into the Serie A team. AC Milan Youth players Strategy: AC Milan youth development strategy is focused on great facilities, customized development plan since the first category and the best coaches. AC Milan youth teams use the Vismara Sport center and qualified AIAC coaches ex Milan players as Filippo Galli youth sector head, Stroppa, Evani, Eranio, Costacurta and Franco Baresi. |
