1986, my professional football career playing in FC Modena and I have
experienced the incredible transformation of football from the '80s to
nowadays, from at Man to Zone game strategy and tactis. Esperienza di allenatore in USA, di Giandomenico Costi. Dopo anni in cui ogni estate mi recavo in USA per insegnare calcio ai bambini nelle settimane di Camp estive, ho ricevuto nel 2007 una richiesta per allenare una squadra che avrebbe dovuto partecipare al campionato PDL ( Premiere Development League ) che è un campionato semi-professionistico. La squadra di New York erano i Brooklyn Knights ed il campionato aveva la durata di 3 mesi suddivisi in 16 partite da maggio a luglio più eventuale coda per i play off. Il budget a disposizione prevedeva che potessi portare un giocatore dall’ Italia;dopo attenta valutazione ho deciso di optare su un centrale difensivo che mi aiutasse in campo a guidare la difesa. In questa lega la costruzione della squadra deve tener conto di un numero massimo di giocatori privi della cittadinanza americana e di alcuni parametri legati all’età che non deve superare i 26 anni d’età... TIPS AND TECHNICAL COMMENTS OF ROBERTO MIGGIANO I sistemi di gioco, di Roberto Miggiano . Come ben sappiamo, il modulo che ogni allenatore sceglie per la propria squadra, quello cioè che rispecchia la sua idea di gioco, è molto più di una serie numerica adottata convenzionalmente per rappresentare lo schema che i giocatori assumeranno in campo (4:4:2, 5:3:2 ecc.). I moduli, cioè, nella loro schematizzazione, danno un’idea fortemente semplificata di quella che sarà la tattica di gioco dell’allenatore e, soprattutto, la illustrano in una fase iniziale di staticità, più vicina alla fase di non possesso palla; essi esprimono, dunque, la posizione che i giocatori assumono in difesa, centrocampo e attacco.
