MASTER CLASS MAIN GOAL
"The main aim of this course is to provide  the appropriate Italian information and knowledge to the coaches for improving individual’s skills and team organization through customized training sessions"

COURSE FOR FOREIGNERS a recent market research has shown that the coaches from non-European countries have great difficulty to attend official UEFA courses, in order to get its "license" and become professional coaches in Europe.
SHARING COACHING CAPABILITIES, The AIAC is sensitive to these issues and it is for this reason that organizes courses, such as the one proposed here, whose main goal is to bring the reality of European football, with a direct approach in the pitch .... The training program proposed here provides the opportunity, however, to learn the basics, as well as new ways and techniques of training used by teams from Serie A, B and from high level youth departments/teams.
ITALIAN COACHING SCHOOL Italy has got a remarkable and winning coaching school, whose proof is the 4 world championships and the achievements at the international level by the various Mr. Ancelotti, Mr. Capello, Mr. Mancini, Mr. Spalletti, Mr. Zenga, Mr. Zaccheroni, etc..

ITALIAN NATIONAL TEAM The course, at last, offers the opportunity to visit “Coverciano”, which is the headquarters of the Italian National Team, with its facilities and the historical museum of football.

1. AIAC MEMBERSHIP: Each participant will become AIAC member and will received the AIAC magazine directly at home.
2. CERTIFICATE: A participation certificate will be issued and signed by teachers and AIAC (Italian Football coaches association)
3. DIDACTIC MATERIAL The full didactic Teaching material of the course will be available printed and/or electronic.
4. FULL SERVICES The Services provided include, accommodation in Coverciano's hotel, meals, lessons (classroom and pitch), teaching materials (electronic and/or on paper), a certificate of participation signed by the teachers and AIAC, the translation will be done by an interpreter in the classroom and on the pitch.

2. PHYSICAL TRAINING: Methodology for collective physical training
3. TACTICAL COOPERATION: Methodology and practical proposals for the training of the principles of tactical cooperation between the players
4. ATTACKING PHASE: Structuring and training of team organization in the attacking phase
5. DEFENSIVE PHASE: Structuring and training of team organization in the defensive phase
6. GAME STRATEGY: Analysis and preparation of  the match / game strategy
7. DEAD BALL MANAGEMENT: Rudiments / basics and methods for the organization of the dead/inactive-ball situations
